About me
Lexie Kay Rynearson Bailey is a Certified Coach and Development Director for Promethean Spark International, a nonprofit that teaches life skills to impoverished youth worldwide through the arts. Lexie has a bachelor's in dance education, a master's in arts administration, and personal PhD in resilience. She is an artist, teacher, executive, and mother of three (almost four) children. She has 20+ years experience in mentoring children, teens, and adults and 15+ years in running companies and leading teams. Lexie is passionate about helping youth and has dedicated her life to doing so.
