Attention all frontline employees! We’ve created a series of fun, interactive sessions tailored to the incredible work you do teaching youth. These sessions will help you prepare for upcoming observations and support overall and continuous quality improvement. Plan an afterschool activity with this three-pronged approach of visualizing inputs, outputs and outcomes easily and painlessly (sometimes called "the Logic Model")! We will walk through a mock activity together and illustrate how to engage students in planning, leadership, skill-building and reflection.
