These sessions will help you prepare for upcoming observations and support overall and continuous quality improvement. Empower your afterschool program with strategies to teach leadership skills to youth participants using an everyday item—a deck of playing cards! This presentation will demonstrate how to design engaging activities that build leadership qualities while fostering a supportive learning environment through non-evaluative language.
