Attention all frontline employees! We’ve created a series of fun, interactive sessions tailored to the incredible work you do teaching youth. These sessions will help you prepare for upcoming observations and support overall and continuous quality improvement. This session will focus on keeping teens engaged in hands-on learning, using effective techniques to make complex topics more accessible and exciting. Plus, hear from experts Kam Portillo and Rhiannon Olsen from Youth Impact, and Frank Bedolla from Salt Lake County Youth Services, as they share valuable strategies for working with junior high and high school youth. The Quality Improvement Best Practices sessions are available as a series or individually.
